Huge Week For Free NCAA Football Picks

Our Free NCAA Football Picks are finally picking up some steam at 7-2 (78%) over the last three weeks, and we look to continue that success with our biggest card of the season.

So far, through nine weeks, we've played a total of 32 games. This week alone, we have nine picks.

We'll post our picks in the order of their strength according to our system, starting with the picks with the best value. The top three picks are:

Florida -6 1/2 over Georgia

TCU -14 over UNLV

Tulsa/Arkansas UNDER 76 1/2

We have six more picks to come, so stay tuned!

A Halloween Under in the NBA

We hope you're enjoying your Halloween, and hope that we can help you enjoy it just a little bit more with a Free NBA Pick

Trail Blazers/Spurs UNDER 177 1/2

With Greg Oden out for the Blazers, and Manu Ginobili out a while for the Spurs, neither team is where they want to be offensively. We expect a lot of defense out of Tim Duncan and the veteran spurs, while Brandon Roy and the Blazers might stall a bit offensively.

Good luck and enjoy this Halloween treat!

Happy Halloween!

Lemmy would like to take this time to wish all of his readers a Happy Halloween!

As always, no candy is sweeter than Stock Lemon, your main squeeze for stocks and sports wagers.

Here's to hoping that you'll stuff your faces full of candy like we stuff your pockets full of money. We promise more treats than tricks.

Bite Size: How to Make Money on Adsense

You may have noticed that we here at Stock Lemon use Google Adsense as a source of revenue. We've tried to tone it down a little over the last few months--again, a little--but they are still obvious enough for people to see.

You also might remember, some time ago, we partnered up with the folks at Cash Shark. Cash Shark orginally had a website to assist people in making money online, but is holding out on some of the information garnered over the years while they work on a more efficient web site. For now, anyway, we are fortunate enough to have Cash Shark at our disposal to talk about all topics related to online money making.

Cash Shark will be penning a new column for Stock Lemon every so often, titled Bite Size, since they once had an entire website and now are reduced to a small column over here.

Can you guess what the first topic is? That's right... Adsense! Since Adsense is a product that we use and endorse, we thought it would be a perfect first subject for Cash Shark. So without further adu, here are some of what Cash Shark is biting on.

Welcome to our shark tank, ladies and gentlemen, located conveniently on the Stock Lemon website. As the intro says, we're here to talk Adsense--but mostly to tell you about one of the things that bugs us not with Adsense users, but with Adsense bloggers!

For most new bloggers looking to find out more information on Adsense or other easy ways to make money through advertising on their site, a simple Google search qualifies as their research. This is fine, but many of the sites that pop up in the search results are bloggers simply looking for traffic to their own Adsense site, and providing little to no information to people actually looking for ways to make a little spare cash with the program.

Many of the pages that pop up give generic information about Adsense, and then tell you to buy their book or other product to learn more. Just to let you know, buying these products is like taking a dip with the Cash Shark... you're going to get bit! These sites are a total rip off, as we hope the fine readers at Stock Lemon know (we wouldn't want Lemmy getting duped into buying something like this).

The problem is that these people providing answers are hosting their sites for the sole purpose of making money with Google Adsense, so their content is always vague enough so that search engines can hook them up with traffic for searches such as "How to Make Money on Adsense." While there are some legitimate Adsense help sites out there, many of them are looking out for themselves, not the readers. We recommend checking out an Adsense forum such as this one, and getting information from other Adsense users who don't have a hidden agenda.

While some people make good money on Adsense simply by talking about Adsense, many more people fail doing this. The bottom line is if the content on the site is not updated regularly and is not of a high quality, nobody is going to come to your site. The key is to find some other niche market that you're interested in, blog about that, and Adsense will give you ads related to the content on your site. If you're the blogging world simply to make money, it's going to become like everything else you do just to make money-- a job. If you're in it to blog about something that interests you, and have Adsense to make a little spare cash on the side, you'll have much more success.

Take Stock Lemon here, for example. This is a site about sports and stocks, which also happens to host Adsense advertisements, and while we would guess that the monthly Adsense checks don't look quite this big, they do well enough to generate some extra revenue for other areas of their company. We've also heard that Stock Lemon saves up the money they make on Adsense and wagers it all on Super Bowl Prop bets to close out the NFL season with a bang. Whatever you do with your Adsense money, the bottom line is that you will be much more successful and for a longer period of time if you simply write about something that interests you and have the Adsense come secondary. Before you know it, what is secondary might even become primary, and you can spend less and less time on your blog.

Be warned, though, that generated traffic to a blog, no matter what the topic, is hard work. Some of the sites that pop up in the search engines might have you believe otherwise, but this is no get rich quick kind of thing. That hard work, though, if used correctly, can be very profitable in the end. Speaking of the end, we'll conclude our new Bite Size feature with a corny little gambling joke we've always liked.

What kind of a shark is always gambling?

A Cardshark! We would also accept the answer: a Cash Shark. See you soon!

Cash Shark will swim ashore to Stock Lemon from time to time, so be sure to keep watch for Bite Size!

Free MLB Picks Go 2-0 On Monday/Wednesday

It took about 50 hours, but our final two Free MLB Picks of the year both came out victorious.

Brad Lidge, as he's done all year, closed out the Phillies 4-3 win in Game Five over the Rays to become World Series champions. More importantly, Lidge and company helped us go 2-0 on the final night(s) of the MLB season.

Not only did we have the Phillies money line, but we also had the UNDER 7 1/2. These wins let us go out on a positive note in the MLB, after an up and down season for our Free MLB Picks.

We're already looking forward to Spring Training.

The NBA is Back!

Our Free NBA Picks went 40-20 last year, which is 67%, and we hope to continue that success this year. These picks are our bread and butter, and we're excited to have them back for the 2008-09 season.

It all starts tonight with an over/under.

Cleveland Cavaliers/Boston Celtics OVER 179 1/2

We like LeBron James and the Cavs to get in a shootout with the defending champs tonight. Though the Celtics won the NBA Finals last year with defense, it's opening day so we expect some sloppiness on that end, and our numbers agree.

Get it now before the line jumps up!

Good luck!

Monday Night Split, World Series Quit

In football, the Titans beat the Colts tonight 31-21, unfortunately going over the 40-point mark. Fortunately, we were able to determine, based on our Free NFL Pick system, that the Titans pick did qualify and played them at -4 over the Colts to split the night 1-1.

Meanwhile, in baseball, our last two Free MLB Picks of the year are still our last two Free MLB Picks of the year... we just don't know the results.

As you can see by the above photo of Jimmy Rollins and B.J. Upton late in the game, neither the Rays or Phillies will continue playing in the rain tonight, as they take a 2-2 tie headed into a time and date to be determined.

So, stay tuned to a time unknown.

Last Free MLB Picks of the Year

They've been extremely hot, extremely cold, and extremely streaky, and tonight, they'll be done for the year. Extremely.

Our Free MLB Picks conclude tonight with two plays in what should be the last game of the World Series.

Philadelphia Phillies ML -177 over the Rays

Phillies/Rays UNDER 7 1/2

Ryan Howard and the Phils will bring the city its first championship since 1980, and with Cole Hamels on the mound, they won't need many runs to do it. We like the Phils and the under.

The countdown to the 2009 MLB season will begin shortly.

Good luck!

Surprise Monday Night Football Pick

In a game featuring Peyton Manning and the high-scoring Colts offense, one would think an over/under of 41 applies just to Indianapolis.

That's not the case tonight, as the over/under for both teams, combined, is just 41 points. What's even more surprising is that our system shows the under.

Indianapolis Colts/Tennessee Titans UNDER 41

The suffocating Titans D, led by 600-pound Albert Hayneswoth on the line, is a big reason for this under, which is low for a reason. Our Free NFL Picks system also shows a small lean on the Titans -4, but we're passing on that--for now--because it isn't a strong enough play. Stay tuned.

UPDATE: We have determined that the Titans -4 over the Colts does indeed have sufficient value to qualify as a Free NFL Pick. Get on it if you still can, although we realize kickoff is in less than 15 minutes. We apologize for the late update.

Two Solid Free NFL Picks

We had a rough week last week, but our Free NFL Picks are still 12-8-1, which is 60%. We look to rebound this week with two solid plays.

Carolina Panthers -4 over the Arizona Cardinals

New England Patriots -7 1/2 over the St. Louis Rams

Steve Smith and the Panthers should be able to top the Cards, while New England should continue the dominance they showed on Monday Night with a big win over the rejuvanted Rams.

Good luck!

3-1 Day Keeps Free NCAA Football Picks Hot

Our Free NCAA Football Picks have finally started living up to expectations. After struggling through the beginning of the year, our picks were just 14-14 coming into today. After a solid 3-1 day today, our picks are now 17-15, which is definitely a step in the right direction.

Chase Daniel threw five touchdowns as Missouri trampled Colorado 58-0 to cover the -23 point spread, Rice beat down Tulane 42-17, covering the +3 spread, and California edged UCLA 41-20 to cover a -17 spread.

Now that we're finally back over the .500 hump, here's a look at how our picks have done on a week-by-week basis.

Week 1: 1-2
Week 2: 2-2
Week 3: 3-2
Week 4: 3-1
Week 5: 0-5 :(
Week 6: 1-1
Week 7: 2-1
Week 8: 2-0
Week 9: 3-1
Total: 17-15... 53%

We've improved every week since our disastrous Week 5, and we look for more positive results the rest of the way.

Play the Rays In Game Three

We won our Game One over/under play in the World Series, then thought about pulling the trigger on the Rays but didn't think our system showed enough value.

Today, for Game Three, we thought about pulling the trigger on the Rays and will, because our Free MLB Pick system does show enough value.

Rays ML -115 over Phillies

We think the bats could finally come alive in this one, especially for B.J. Upton and the Rays. On the mound, Matt Garza has been exceptional for the Rays, while Jamie Moyer is 0-2 in the playoffs with an ERA of 13.50.

How much do we like the Rays tonight? Enough for Lemmy to get a Rayhawk, that's how much.

Good luck!

Adding a Fourth Free NCAA Football Pick

We already posted three Free NCAA Football Picks for today's action, but our numbers also indicate value on a Pac 10 game, although not as much as the first three. Still, this is strong enough for us to play it.

California -17 over UCLA

As you know, we usually don't play too many games each week, as we are being very picky with the system. That said, four plays is relatively high for us, but there is a lot of value on the board this week.

Good luck and enjoy a four play Saturday from Stock Lemon!

Three Big NCAA Football Bets

Our Free NCAA Picks are finally back to .500 at a pedestrian 14-14, but we're hoping to get over the hump with some real solid plays this week, led by Chase Daniel and Missouri.

We like a lot of big favorites this week to do what they are supposed to do, and will gladly take this kind of chalk for the value we are getting in return.

Missouri -23 over Colorado

Georgia Tech -13 over Virginia

Rice +3 over Tulane

Good luck!

Game One Goes Under!

Cole Hamels and the Phillies beat the Rays 3-2 in Game One of the World Series, with both teams pitching their way out of jams and keeping us under the 7 1/2 run-mark that the over/under was set at.

The five-run game gives our Free MLB Picks their first win of the World Series, with many more to come if we have anything to do about it. Which we do.

We might have another play in the series tomorrow, so be sure to check back then!

World Series Game One Play

Our system shows no strong lean on either the Phillies or Rays tonight, but there is a solid Free MLB Pick on the over/under.

Phillies/Rays UNDER 7 1/2

With Scott Kazmir and Cole Hamels on the hill tonight, there shouldn't be too many runs crossing the plate.

Good luck!

Monday, October 20, 2008

Small Lean on the Broncos Tonight

After a rough day with our Free NFL Picks yesterday, which are now down to 12-8-1 (60%), we're looking long and hard at tonight's game between the Broncos and Patriots.

Our system indicates that the Broncos have some potential at +3, but we'll have to factor in a few more statistics before pulling the trigger on this one.

Stay tuned.

UPDATE: We do not have any plays for tonight's game, so there will be no chasing a rough week for us.

First Free NHL Pick of the Year!

We usually don't wind up with too many Free NHL Picks, but if you remember last year, they do pretty well when we do.

That said, here's our first play on the ice in 2008:

Pittsburgh Penguins/Boston Bruins OVER 5.5

Sidney Crosby and the Penguins might have the edge tonight, but we're staying away from the side. We just expect a lot of goals.

Good luck!

Advice From Brett Favre

You might have heard a little rumor earlier today that Jets QB Brett Favre contacted the Lions to dish out the goods on his former team prior to Detroit's Week 2 meeting with the Packers. What we've learned, though, is that Favre didn't stop with the Lions. In fact, he gave out plenty of advice to team's before Week 7. Here's what we've learned:

To the New Orleans Saints: I have the consecutive start streak record for quarterbacks, did you know that? Reggie Bush and Jeremy Shockey will be fine. Knee injuries and sports hernias are nothing to worry about--I'm sure they won't aggravate them. I broke me thumb once, and I played. Did I mention I have the record for most starts?

To the Dallas Cowboys: Brad Johnson's won as many Super Bowls as I have, so he must be good. Trust me, you won't need Tony Romo this week.

To the Indianapolis Colts: Look, Peyton Manning, double coverages are your friends. I've thrown so many balls in practice against this secondary, and, well, they've all been picked. But don't let that stop you from throwing to guys that are clearly covered. These safeties are a joke. By the way, if you want to miss a start at any time soon, that'd be great, because that consecutive start streak is mine!

To Stock Lemon: Take the Cowboys, Saints, and Colts this week.

So, yeah, we blame Brett Favre.

2-0 Day in NCAA Football

Our Free NCAA Football Picks have taken their lumps this season, but after a 2-1 mark last week they went 2-0 this week, putting us back on track.

Terrelle Pryor and Ohio State trampled Michigan State 45-7, ignoring what was just a -3 spread. Meanwhile, Kansas kept it close enough against Oklahoma, covering a -20 point spread with a 45-31 loss.

The 2-0 day puts our picks back at .500, and if not for one absolutely horrible week, they would be 14-9, which is 61%. Instead, they are 14-14, so you can guess how that one week went.

Here's our week-by-week record:

Week 1: 1-2
Week 2: 2-2
Week 3: 3-2
Week 4: 3-1
Week 5: 0-5 (ouch!)
Week 6: 1-1
Week 7: 2-1
Week 8: 2-0
Total: 14-14... 50%

As you see, our Free NCAA Football Picks were enjoying steady improvement up until that dreadful Week 5. In fact, we've had just two losing weeks, only one of the losing weeks was absolutely dreadful, dragging our record down. Since that week, they are back to enjoying steady improvement--and we hope that doesn't mean another 0-5 debacle is on the horizon.

We'll hopefully get back over the hump next week, so be sure to check back as we continue to make amends for our mid-season slump.

Three Free NFL Picks For Sunday

Our Free NFL Picks have been hot this year, hitting 71% with a record of 12-5-1. Once again, we have three picks this week, although that is more of a coincidence than anything. We're also coming off of a 3-0 week, so bet with confidence in our system. Without further adu, here are the picks:

Cowboys -7 over the Rams

Colts -1 1/2 over the Packers

Saints +3 over the Panthers

Even if Tony Romo sits out the Cowboys/Rams game, Marian Barber will run all over the Rams defense. The Rams are coming off a big win over the Redskins last week and will come crashing back down to Earth against Dallas.

Our system also likes the Colts, who seem to have their offense back, as well as the Saints, who continue to get no respect despite the fact that they could easily be 5-1 if not for some questionable officiating/horrible kicking. We expect all three of these road teams to win outright and cover their respective spreads.

Of course, all of our picks are documented, for the non-believers, simply by clicking on the Free NFL Picks tag at the bottom of this post. For the shorter version, here's a week-by-week breakdown of our NFL picks to date:

Week 1: 3-2
Week 2: 2-1
Week 3: 2-1
Week 4: 2-1
Week 5: 0-0-1
Week 6: 3-0
Total: 12-5-1... 71%

Good luck and enjoy another Sunday!

Two Afternoon Free NCAA Football Picks

We have a couple of afternoon plays in college football today involving some match-ups between ranked teams.

Ohio State -3 over Michigan State

Kansas +20 over Oklahoma

We like Chris Wells to run by the Spartans, and Kansas should at least keep it close against the Sooners.

Good luck!

We'll Take It

Wow.

We'll take them however we can get them, we suppose. It took a J.D. Drew walk-off hit to complete one of the greatest comebacks in MLB postseason history, leading the Red Sox to an 8-7 win over the Rays.

The Sox trailed the game 7-0 late, before heeding to the advice of the great prognosticator George W. Bush, making sure not to fool us again. The Sox win is a big one for our Free MLB Picks system, which hasn't performed up to expectations in the playoffs thus far.

For now, the AL representative in the World Series is still TBD as the series heads back to Tampa.

We'll crunch some numbers and hopefully come up with a play for Saturday's Game Six, so stay tuned.

Stock Lemon Now On Facebook!

Look out, folks, we're getting hip.

We just recently created a Stock Lemon Facebook profile page, along with a Stock Lemon group, to reach out to you youngsters gambling away your tuition money.

Although we're worried that this move will kill Lemmy's productivity, we're always willing to add friends, be it on the right hand column of this page in the form of links or on a social networking website.

Click here to add Stock Lemon as a Facebook friend, and here to join the Stock Lemon group.

Let's Try This Again

There's an old saying, courtesy of George W. Bush: Fool me once, shame on you... if you fool me you can't get fooled again.

That's how we feel about tonight's Game Five of the ALCS. We got burned pretty bad by the Red Sox last game, but with Daisuke Matsuzaka on the mound tonight against the oft-injured Scott Kazmir, we feel confident going with the Red Sox again, who are no strangers to a playoff series deficit.

Boston Red Sox ML -155 over the Tampa Bay Rays

The Sox will try to fend off the Rays and prevent them from a match-up with the Phillies in the World Series, at least for another game.

In honor of Bush's last months in office, we're hoping he was right when he said we can't get fooled agian.

Tuesday, October 14, 2008

ALCS Game Four Pick

Our system shows one Free MLB Pick in the ALCS today.

Red Sox ML -139 over Rays

Jason Bay has been hitting .429 in the playoffs for the Red Sox, and we expect him to continue his clutch hitting and help the Sox tie up the series tonight.

Good luck!

Odds Favor Obama to be the Next President

Does the poor economy have you down?

We'll, now's your chance to make back some of the money you might have lost in the stock market. How? By betting on who will be the next President of the United States!

Here is our quarter-annual Free Presidential Election Pick:

Barack Obama over John McCain

It's looking more and more like Barack Obama has a slight edge over John McCain, and there simply isn't enough time for McCain to make up ground.

The Sarah Palin buzz has worn off to an extent, while Obama's VP choice of Joe Biden looks to be a safe pick who will not sway voters either way.

We are not endorsing either candidate, we just feel like the odds favor Obama. Democratic or Republican, if you want to win some cash on election day, go with Obama.

Just Lemmy Being Lemmy

We have one Free MLB Pick today in the NLCS.

Dodgers ML -180 over the Phillies

Our system likes Manny Ramirez and the Dodgers to even this series up at two games a piece before heading back to Philly. In fact, Lemmy thinks this thing could go seven.

Good luck!

Free NFL Picks Improve to 71%

After a perfect 3-0 day in the NFL, our Free NFL Picks now stand at 12-5-1, which is an impressive 71% on the year. Here's a week-by-week look at our Free NFL Picks:

Week 1: 3-2
Week 2: 2-1
Week 3: 2-1
Week 4: 2-1
Week 5: 0-0-1

Week 6: 3-0
Total: 12-5-1... 71%

As you can see, we've yet to have a losing week, playing anywhere from one to five games per Sunday, though we usually end up playing three. We made up for our lack of picks in Week 5 with three winners this week, but whatever the case is we will never force plays that don't match our Free NFL Pick system.

So far so good in the NFL. Make sure to keep checking back every weekend for more winners, and while you're at it, make sure to tell your friends to check us out as well. 71% of the time, they'll be glad you did.

Chargers Make It a 3-0 Sunday

The Chargers crushed the Patriots tonight, 30-10, easily covering the -4 1/2 point spread and giving us a perfect 3-0 sweep in the NFL today.

Like in our previous games today, the quarterback play led to an easy cover. Philip Rivers was exceptional for San Diego, making sure that we didn't sweat this one out at all.

All three teams we picked to cover today now move from 2-3 to 3-3. Meanwhile are Free NFL Picks move from 9-5-1 to 12-5-1. Not a bad day.

We'll give a full update of our records momentarily.

Eagles and Packers Both Cover

We told you to go with the 2-3 teams today, and so far if you took our advice, you'd be 2-0.

The Eagles came back to beat the 49ers by a count of 40-26, covering a -4 1/2 point spread, while the Packers covered a +1 1/2 point spread with a 27-17 victory over the Seahawks.

The quarterbacks were key in both of these victories, with Donovan McNabb and Aaron Rodgers putting together great performances to get us a couple of covers.

Our Free NFL Picks are 2-0 so far today, and we're hoping the Chargers can make it 3-0 with a cover against the Patriots tonight. Overall, our Free NFL Pick record is now 11-5-1, which is 69%.

We hope you played these games with us today and made some extra cash for yourself.

Saturday, October 11, 2008

Take the 2-3 Teams in the NFL Today

We had just one Free NFL Pick last week... and it pushed. This week, though, we are back with multiple picks, as our computer system shows three strong sides.

Eagles -4 1/2 over the 49ers

Packers +1 1/2 over the Seahawks

Chargers -4 1/2 over the Patriots

Donovan McNabb and the Eagles shouldn't feel embarrased after a date with the 49ers. In addition to Philly, we like two other 2-3 teams desperate for a win on Sunday.

If you're new to the site, we've faired pretty well in the NFL so far this season. Here are our weekly results to date:

Week 1: 3-2
Week 2: 2-1
Week 3: 2-1
Week 4: 2-1
Week 5: 0-0-1
Total: 9-5-1... 64%

A 64% record speaks for itself, but we're hoping our record speaks even louder after Week 6.

Good luck!

Florida and Texas Lead Us To 2-1 Day

Thanks to the play of a couple of great college quarterbacks, we won a couple of great big games today.

Tim Tebow led Florida past LSU 51-21 to cover a 6 1/2 point spread, while Colt McCoy and Texas beat Oklahoma 45-35 to take care of the +7 spread.

All in all, our Free NCAA Football Picks had a 2-1 night, and we are looking forward to this kind of success throughout the remainder of the college football season.

Three Free NCAA Football Picks Today

We have three Free NCAA Football Picks this week in what should be a good Saturday. Our computer system likes the following:

Texas +7 over Oklahoma

Florida -6 1/2 over LSU

Kentucky +3 over South Carolina

Colt McCoy and Texas should at the very least not let the Sooners beat them by a touchdown, and our system indicates that the spread is too high. Florida and Kentucky should also take care of business in what amounts to be a big game card for us.

Good luck!

Thursday, October 9, 2008

Phillies and Dodgers Stay Under

The Phillies beat the Dodgers in Game One of the NLCS, by a final score of 3-2, well below the total set at 7 1/2.

Thanks to some defense by Derek Lowe on Shane Victorino pictured above, as well as a stellar pitching performance from Cole Hamels, we were able to get a Free MLB Pick win.

Stay with us throughout the MLB Playoffs for more free winners.

NLCS Game One Total

And then, there were four.

With the quest to the World Series now down to the Dodgers, Phillies, Rays, and Red Sox, we're hoping for more frequent (and more successful) bets.

The first game of the NLCS between the Dodgers and Phillies is tonight, and we have a Free MLB Pick on the over/under for you.

Dodgers/Phillies UNDER 7 1/2

With Cole Hamels and Derek Lowe on the mound, this one should be a low scoring affair. We were tempted to take the Dodgers moneyline just for kicks, but will stick with the under play that our Free MLB Pick system shows has a high probability of hitting tonight.

Good luck!

Tuesday, October 7, 2008

We Still Like AIG

Last week we gave you AIG as our first Free Stock Pick in a while. Since then, it has dipped a little, but with the economic bailout finally coming through from the United States government, AIG should rise again soon.

That said, we still like AIG... and so does Wayne Rooney and Manchester United of the English Premier League. If you're unfamiliar, the England star and the rest of his Manchester teammates are sponsored by AIG, and represent our Free Stock Pick with every goal.

So, just as it is with this site, if you stick with it long enough, you're going to make some money.

Broncos Are Our Only Free NFL Pick Today

Usually we have at least three Free NFL Picks a Sunday, but this weekend our computer shows just one pick, and it's Jay Cutler and the Broncos.

Broncos -3 over Buccaneers

Denver is solid at home, which is why we like this as our only play today.

Good luck!

Texas Tech Covers Easily

Graham Harrell's six touchdown passes led the way for Texas Tech, who gave us a cover with a 58-28 route of Kansas State, makng the -8 spread look silly.

The win gave us a 1-1 day, which we obviously would like to improve on, but we think playing less games with more value in college football will be beneficial in the long run.

Our Free NCAA Football Picks should continue to improve throughout the year, so check back every Saturday for more plays--at the low, low price of free.

Friday, October 3, 2008

Two Free NCAA Football Picks For Saturday

We have just two Free NCAA Football Picks this weekend, in an effort to minimize our plays but maximize our profits.

Tennessee -16 over Northern Illinois

Texas Tech -8 over Kansas State

Let's get these picks and enjoy your Saturday!

Stock Lemon Continues to Evolve

Even though we've had a rough time getting back into the MLB, Lemmy is making many changes for the better.

From the above graphic, you see how we've improved our appearance over the last year.

From the upper-right section, you see how well many of our sports picks have done.

Lastly, from the lower-right section, you see how many friends respect our site and like to be associated with it.

Even with the upset-filled MLB playoffs cramping our style a bit, there are plenty of good things happening here at Stock Lemon. Stick around as we continue to win you money.

Playing a Heavy Pair of Aces

We have two picks for today's MLB post-season action, and the total weight of the starting pitchers for our two winners is well over 600 pounds.

Speaking of pounds, we hope to make some of them for a few of Lemmy's new European friends. Check out the Lemmy's Friends section on the right-side of the page, which includes international punters from England and Italy, among other countries. For the rest of you, we hope to make you some dollars, as always.

On to the Free MLB Picks for today...

CC Sabathia and the Brewers ML -128 over the Phillies

Carlos Zambrano and the Cubs ML -158 over the Dodgers

Yesterday was a rough one for the NL Central, as both of these two teams fell in their respective series openers. We like the Cubs to rebound at home, and CC Sabathia to continue to carry the Brewers.

Hopefully, our winnings today will be as huge as these two starting pitchers.

Good luck!

Angels Are Our First Playoff Pick

Our Free MLB Picks went 15-9 (63%) over the summer, and now that the playoffs are here, we look to have even more success. Here's our first play of the 2008 post-season.

Angels ML -124 over Red Sox

Vladimir Guerrero and the Angels are simply the best team in baseball. With John Lackey on the mound against Jon Lester, this could be a pitcher's duel, but Vlad and the Angels have the bats to break a close game at home.

Good luck and enjoy the first day of the MLB playoffs!
